I never cease to be amazed at the progress people make with they really put their heart and energy into something. The guys of The City Lives are excellent examples of this. Every show I go to they’re better than the one before. I can’t wait to hear what comes out of the next studio session (which is around the corner I hear).
Fortunately for Oklahoma, Eleisha Eagle ended her tour opening for TCL. Eleisha’s perfmance was phenominal and unexpected (if that’s fair to say). Prior to the show, the group of us that went didn’t know who she was. After the show none of us will forget her. She’s that good. Check out her website and music at http://www.eleishaeagle.com/.

Why in the world there weren’t more people at the conservatory for the A Wilhelm Scream show I have no idea. The band was freaking amazing. While I’m not a huge follower of the Hardcore Punk scene you would have to be musically retarded to not appreciate the talent that these guys have. Anywhoo…I was glad I didn’t miss it and but wished that I had brought more people with me to see them play.
Pictures of their show can be found here: http://www.jonathanwphotography.com/gallery/4039811
Oh…Merry Christmas to everyone!

As promised pictures of Fresh Sunday and Yacht Club’s performance on Saturday night at the Conservatory have been posted.
Click here for Fresh Sunday, here for Yacht Club.
If it weren’t for one can light being pointed out at the stage floor instead of the lead singer I would have had many more releasable shots. Oh well…I’ll just have to catch them playing again somewhere else.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving,
