In this Privacy Policy, “us”, “we” and “our” means Evolv3 Innovation  Pty Ltd (ACN 653 120 284) and our related bodies corporate. We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information. Personal information includes information or an opinion about an individual that is reasonably identifiable. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act.  

By providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing changes to it on our website. We encourage you to check our website periodically to ensure that you are aware of our current Privacy Policy.

What personal information do we collect & how is it collected?

When you visit our websites (including but not limited to https://www.evolv3.net) or use some parts of our products or services, we might ask you to provide personal data to us. For example, we ask for your contact information when you sign up for a free trial for our services, respond to a job application or an email offer, participate in community forums, join us on social media, take part in training and events, contact us with questions or request support. If you don’t want to provide us with personal data, you don’t have to, but it might mean you can’t use some parts of our websites or products or services. We may ask you for the following types of personal information:

  • name, signature, age, date of birth, mailing or street address, email, telephone number and other contact details;
  • credit card information or bank details;
  • information you provide to us through customer surveys; or

To whom do we disclose your personal information?

We may disclose personal information outside of Australia to third party suppliers of IT services [insert any other type of entities to which you disclose information, eg third party suppliers and/or cloud providers] located in the European Union and Singapore.

Using our website and cookies

We may collect personal information about you when you use and access our website.

While we do not use browsing information to identify you personally, we may record certain information about your use of our website, such as which pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the internet protocol address assigned to your computer.
